This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the Statement) provides information on how SIA "Media Partners," registration number 50003882281, registered address Elijas iela 17, LV-1050 Riga (hereinafter - the Company) processes personal data. The terms apply to individuals using the we-charge.eu mobile application (hereinafter - Users). Additional information on how the Company processes personal data can be found in the Company's Privacy Policy, available on the website www.we-charge.eu. The Company has the right to unilaterally change and/or supplement this Statement. The Company will inform about such Statement changes by publishing them in the we-charge.eu mobile application.
Terms
Personal Data - any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g., name, surname, contact information, etc.).
Data Processing - any operation with personal data (e.g., collection, recording, storage, access, disclosure, etc.).
Services - we-charge.eu electric vehicle charging services. Other terms used in the provisions are understood as defined by the data protection laws (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Republic of Latvia Personal Data Protection Law, and others).
Purposes for which the Company processes Personal Data:
Service provision. The Company processes personal data to ensure proper provision of the we-charge.eu service (hereinafter - Service) based on contract performance.
Payment administration. The Company processes personal data related to payment for the provided Services based on contract and/or legal obligations.
Resolution of submitted inquiries. The Company processes personal data to resolve submitted inquiries, complaints, and disputes based on contract performance, consent, or legal requirements.
Other purposes. The Company may process Personal Data for other purposes if it has obtained the individual's consent, has an obligation to process Personal Data according to legal requirements, or has the right to process data based on legitimate interests.
In all the aforementioned cases, the Company processes Personal Data only to the extent necessary for the clearly defined and lawful purposes, taking into account the requirements of personal data protection.
